55kbd Terms and Conditions

01 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 55kbd platform and all services included within it. 55kbd is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found that a person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered as your own. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

55kbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).

Withdrawal Rules

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

55kbd offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. You must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: receive a ৳1,000 bonus and you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless specifically stated.
• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus but before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and all winnings from the bonus will be cancelled.
• 55kbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the account will be cancelled.

06 VIP Program and Cashback

55kbd has three VIP tiers available to regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Players can move up to higher VIP tiers by staying regularly active. Cashback is credited to the player's account every Monday. The account must be active and in good standing to receive cashback benefits.

55kbd reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program or discontinue it at any time.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55kbd platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using a third party's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

If a user engages in any of the above prohibited activities, 55kbd may suspend or cancel the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.
